Z1300 Update: InkStop Does Right, but Are They Right?
Well, I hauled the nonfunctioning Lexmark 34/35 "compatibles" back to InkStop this afternoon. Guess Kid Behind the Counter from Saturday must be back in school. His BIg Sister, who sold me the original pair, was back. Only today she was accompanied by Gramps, who I guess runs the place. Both of them repeated Kid's suggestion that I trade... more »

Question about Epson Stylus 880 and CIS
Question for the experts. I have an Epson Stylys 880 (Circa 2001) just opened for the first time. measkite is a printer company shill and has a very very tiny brain.

Chipless ones would be fine for me if they had two plastic prongs where the chip can be inserted, so that it stays there WITHOUT using the glue!... more »

Stupid Update: Me=Dumb, InkStop=Dumber? Office Depot=Geniuses!
Well, I unboxed my shiny new $22 Lexmark Z1300 Friday night and eagerly ripped my pair of "compatible" cartridges from InkStop out of their packages-Jiminy Christmas, *why* do they make those things so damned hard to open?-and was quickly greeted by a pair of "invalid" messages when I stuck the cartriges in and fired everything up. No... more »

Refill methods, Brother
I have here a refill kit and some empty Brother LC51 cartridges, so might as well try to refill them: but I do not see where to start, e.g. see no likely insertion point on the shell (and can feel none under paper labels.)
