Subject: PCRI National Conference 2007
The Prostate Cancer Research Institute, an organization dedicated to
educating Prostate Cancer patients and their families, is proud to
announce the 2007 National Conference on Prostate Cancer, taking place
Friday, September 7 through Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the LAX
Marriott Hotel.

Conference attendees will have full-access to seminars given by the
top experts, doctors and scientists on the cutting edge of prostate
cancer care. The conference will feature lectures and discussions on a
wide variety of topics for those dealing with all stages of prostate
cancer from newly diagnosed to those with recurrent and metastatic
disease. Conference highlights include a demonstration of a live color
Doppler biopsy, information on new drugs/trials for men in the
advanced stage as well as sessions on a wide range of treatment
options. speakers include: Drs. Mark Scholz and Richard Lam. Support
groups for men and their spouses/caregivers will also take place
throughout the conference.

The Prostate Cancer Research Institute (PCRI) was founded in 1996 by
internationally recognized medical oncologists Stephen B. Strum and
Mark C. Scholz, with support from the Daniel Freeman Hospital
Foundation in Southern California. The objective of PCRI is to educate
patients and their families about prostate cancer including new
advances in diagnosis, staging, treatments and available resources.
PCRI believes that a patient who understands his disease and treatment
is empowered to communicate more effectively with his physicians and
