OTOH, I thought the Phoenix books were some of the best of the early
Trek novels. But you knew that.

Particularly the footnotes. None pop to mind of course, but I recall
them being funnier than most of the rest of the book.

In my copy of _Dorsai_, Coby is a planet of Procyon, along with the
Exotic planets and Ste. Marie.. (This is the 2002 _Dorsai Spirit_, an
omnibus of _Dorsai!_ plus _The Spirit of Dorsai_). This seems to be
the "official" version, as it's also true in _The Final Encyclopedia_
and Wixon's concordance. Also, in all three it's the Friendly worlds

Also some confusion as to where it was.
We are told in Dorsai that it could probably never be terraformed because
"Vega, an A0 type star, was too inhospitable with its planets", yet in the
synopses to the _Astounding_ serial version, it is described as a planet of
Epsilon Eridani, along with Mara, Kultis ansd St Marie.
