Does it make any difference whether I floss just before or just after brushing? And why? Or is it recommended to floss at a completely different time?

Aspirin prevents inflammation. Aspirin promotes bleeding on probing. Bleeding on probing is a common guideline on measuring inflammation and how healthy the gums are. Something is wrong. The instructions for the paste and for the rinse say to spit it out. The instructions for the gel don't say. It has a good flavor to me. Should I spit out the gel?
